Kelly is an ICF ACC certified Executive and Leadership Coach, Change Practitioner, Facilitator and NED with extensive experience working with transformational leaders across Global Financial Services and the 3rd Sector.
Amassing a 25 year career with leadership roles across Marketing, Operations and Technology at reputable brands such as JP Morgan Chase and the RNLI.
Kelly partners with clients to achieve clarity and increased self awareness by leveraging their own unique values and strengths, specialising in those experiencing a transition.
