About

I’m Kelly, an executive and leadership coach with deep experience in banking, technology and fast-growing organisations.

Before becoming a coach, I spent over 25 years leading, advising and driving change across global corporates, financial services, scale-ups and founder-led businesses. I understand how organisations really work - and what it takes for leaders to succeed inside them.

That lived experience shapes my coaching.

I work with senior leaders and founders who are capable, driven and successful on paper, but navigating complexity, growth, pressure or transition, and wanting to perform at their best without burning out or losing themselves.

What I bring 

Many coaches haven’t led teams, navigated organisational politics, or carried senior responsibility.

I have.

I bring:

  • Deep insight into performance, progression and influence

  • Credibility within financial services and complex systems

  • First-hand understanding of leadership pressure and visibility

  • Experience supporting founders as their roles and organisations scale

 

This allows us to work at both levels: who you are and how you lead.

Neurodiversity and leadership performance

I bring a deep understanding of neurodivergent leadership and its real-world implications.

Many neurodivergent leaders are highly capable but working in environments not designed for how they think or process. I help clients leverage their strengths, manage energy and navigate organisational expectations in ways that support long-term success.
