Building your personal board for success

When we think of Boards, we tend to think of a group of executives that steer an organisation to success. This session uses that example and shows you how spending time on developing your own personal board will provide stewardship to enable your own personal and professional success.

About the event

More about the session

  • You will learn what having a personal board can do for you
  • The types of roles you should be thinking about having on your board
  • Where and how to find your potential board members
  • The main session will be for an hour with optional Q&A and networking for the last 30 minutes

Pre work for the session

Spend up to 15 mins, using your preferred method of brainstorming - list, mind map etc

and start to think about and write down all of the people within your existing personal and professional network.

We'll do more on this in the session, but this head start will enable you to make the most of the session.
