Coaching Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2025

These terms apply to all one-off coaching sessions and events booked directly through www.kellykeatingcoaching.com.
By booking and paying for a session, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service
  • Coaching is provided personally by Kelly Keating, accredited Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC).

  • Sessions are typically delivered via Zoom or similar online platform.

  • Coaching is a developmental and reflective process, not counselling, therapy or medical advice.

  • All choices and actions remain the client’s responsibility.

2. Payment & Booking
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking through Calendly, Wix Payments, Stripe or PayPal.

  • Prices are stated in GBP and include all applicable taxes.

  • Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email and calendar invite.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
  • You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours in advance via your booking link or by emailing kelly@kellykeatingcoaching.com.

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be forfeited and non-refundable.

  • No refunds are offered for cancellations at any time.

  • If unforeseen circumstances arise, Kelly Keating may need to reschedule; a new mutually suitable time will be offered.

4. Refunds & Consumer Rights
  • Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.

  • If you request a refund within this period and have not yet had your session, you will receive a full refund.

  • Once a session has taken place, or if it is scheduled within the 14-day cooling-off period, no refund will be due.

  • Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

5. Confidentiality
  • Everything discussed in sessions is treated as confidential.

  • Information will only be shared if required by law or if Kelly believes you, or someone else (including a child), may be at risk of harm.

  • Kelly Keating adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics.

6. Data Protection
  • Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of delivering coaching and managing bookings.

  • Data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and not shared with third parties without consent.

  • You may request to see, update or delete your data at any time by emailing kelly@kellykeatingcoaching.com.

7. Intellectual Property
  • All materials, tools or frameworks shared during or after sessions remain the property of Kelly Keating.

  • You may use them for your own personal development but not reproduce or distribute them for commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability
  • Coaching is a supportive and professional service, but results cannot be guaranteed.

  • Kelly Keating is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation.

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Behaviour & Professional Boundaries
  • Respectful, professional behaviour is expected from both parties.

  • Kelly Keating reserves the right to terminate a session or coaching relationship if inappropriate, aggressive or unlawful behaviour occurs, without refund.

10. Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
